DJM-REC not working on Instagram

Hi! I think I found a weird issue with this software. If I use DJM-REC to record my deejay set (using a DJM900NX2) everything looks good. Recording is ok and so on. But if I open Instagram from the application it sounds horrible or just stops using the USB input and uses the iPhone mic.

Weird thing is that if I go back to DJM-REC still connected to the DJM. Not sure if this is happening also for other streaming platforms though.

Setup:

DJM900NX2 (firmware 2.07)

iPhone 12 (iOS 16)

Also tried with iPad 9 Gen (iOS 16)
