Jog Adjust noise

Hi, The right hand deck adjust known has a metal friction noise when moving from heavy to light. It doesn’t sound normal. What’s the best course of action to check it out? The unit is only a few weeks old.

Sorry to hear about that -- if you're concerned, best bet is to take it back to the retailer for an exchange, otherwise it would require servicing to inspect and adjust.
