Not getting any signal from any of the 3 decks using time coded vinyl.
Mixer = Pioneer DJM 750 MK2.
Please help ASAP, ideally a phone call / screenshare etc.

reason for choices is my mixer is where deck 2 would be.
micriphone enabled for mac.
rekordbox 5.8.6 (can't use 5.8.7 because it screws up all the licenses, i went through a huge hassle going back to 5.8.6 so won't update to that).

Hello, that's weird - have you tried to use the mixer and dvs function with an updated version of Rekordbox? Also, can you share a screenshot of the "settings utility - mixer input" section?
hey i resolved thei ssue, switch was set to phono not computer on each channel on the mixer.
PS. do NOT listen to rekordbox support, they lied to me and said 'even though you paid for DVS on Rekordbox 5, it won't work on Mac Ventura, i need to pay for Rekordbox 6. IT WAS A COMPLETE LIE, dvs still works perfectly on 5 on Ventura. Shame on them for trying to upsell me when I already spent loads of money buying licenses that worked perfectly fine.

Remember that DJM 750 MK2 allows the DVS hardware unlock on Rekordbox so you don't have to pay an upgraded version of RB to get this feature
Glad to read you managed to solve it.
I think Support's message got lost in translation.
They mean there is no official support for Rekordbox 5 on MacOS Ventura. So if something goes wrong you're on you're own there. So it might work but it's not been optimised/tested for MacOS Ventura.
Just to be clear on Rekordbox 6. You're using the 750MK2 which unlocks DVS use with Rekordbox 6.

But if you have other Plus packs I can understand why you're remaining on it. But be aware when you run into issues down the road a better support agent won't be able to help you.
