Answered your ticket; the problem is you had the REV1 assigned as the default audio input device for your system, meaning Serato couldn't use it.

rev1 no master output
Hello all, I have a ddj rev1. I can't get any sound out of the master outputs at the rear of this unit. I get sound from the connected laptop, I can get sound through headphones through either cue buttons and or master button associated with headphones. I have all levels turned up... what am I missing here? I am using serato lite. it is up to date as is my Mac. I believe there are no drivers to update for the actual Rev1. Any help will be greatly appreciated
