DJM-V10-LF micro flickering LEDs

I've just received my V10 after 14 months of waiting. Works great as a mixer but I'm noticing something going on with all the LEDs of the mixer. They have that subtle but noticable flicker that you often find in cheap set of christmas lights (think about those blue ones in particular). Very obvious to me in a dark room as I move my eyes around. It's super distracting to say the least.

This is my first pro pioneer gear, is this normal?
