A9 Crossfader Broke Within 2 Weeks!!!!!

It has only been two weeks since we bought the DJM A9, and the crossfader has already broken! We are a large 2000-capacity venue in Los Angeles. We don't even use the crossfader that much, and yet it has already malfunctioned. This is completely unacceptable for a mixer that costs almost $3,000! To make matters worse, it broke during prime time, causing the music to dip very low. The guest DJ had to resort to using the upfaders, which thankfully worked. I am literally posting this while the club is still operating! We have touring DJs scheduled for tomorrow and next week who require the A9 mixer, and now I find myself in a scramble to find a replacement.s
