DJM 2000 and Traktor - no output from mixer

Hi!

I've been using the DJM-2000 in combination with Traktor as a 2 deck player + a small app called Mixlr to stream the output over the internet and now it's not working anymore.

Traktor Pro 2 seems to block the output so it cannot be used by any other app, also if any other app is using the output signal, traktor will not detect the mixer at all (even when just enabling "listen to this device" in windows mixer).

The "Input Routings" in Traktor are all set to "Not connected".

Strange as it was working until recently and I have some sets online to confirm this. Any ideas what to do here?

Because Traktor can't see two sound cards at once, and the DJM-2000 reports itself as two cards, if you want to get the audio back into Traktor, you need to aggregate the cards and in Windows, you do that with ASIO4ALL (get 2.9, 2.10 has some problems).

This video covers some of that in Mac...

If you aren't needing to route the audio back to Traktor, you don't need the aggregate as the other application can pick up the input soundcard.  Just be sure to open your DJM-2000 configuration utility and set it for 6/2 mode.

Hi. Wonder if you can help. Having a big problem trying to connect my DJM-2000 Nexus and 2 x CDJ-2000. Connected the DJM and CDJs to my Mac via USB. Followed your in striations but ran into a problem trying to set the output routing. Basically the aggregate I created does are not listed in the output channels. For example output channel A L does not say 2000-AGG Out 0. Just has a number 1 and blank. I did create the aggregate as you described but it does not appear in the output or the input. It did appear in the audio setup and I did select it. I am running Mavericks 10.9.2 and have just bought my equipment. Could it have something to do with the Mavericks issue that on you home page?
