How to eliminate AC hum on DJM 2000 ?

I've connected my PC to the DJM 2000 using an unbalanced mono jack to cinch cable. The DJM is connected to active monitors via XLR.

Sadly I've got alternation current hum on that connection and there is no switch on the DJM to disconnect the protect switch.

So what is the easiest way to get rid of the hum besides connecting the DJM 2000 to a power cable without protect switch.

@Hedgehog > I'm thinking the hum would be coming from your PC as there is most likely a power supply issue.

I think your best bet would be to try unplugging the computers power source when you have the cable connected, and let it run on the battery for a minute and see if it fixes the hum.

The problim is a ground loop (common issue with laptops)

Tray to connect a electrically conducting wire from a ground pin  to your ground screw of your mixer (example: the ground screw for turntables)

Try to connect all of your audio equipment and laptop to the same AC outlet.  So this includes the speakers, the mixer, CDJs, turntables, and the laptop.  If you use different ac outlets then you create something called a ground loop and this can cause AC hum.
