Hello Pioneer support, anyone can answer his question? I have the same issue with my DJM-T1.
My DJM-850 arrived today and I was stoked to play with it. I set it up and the audio pops. I am going to test another computer tomorrow to see if it's just my computer but my comp is i7 1.7 GHz 6 MB Ram. It's 64-bit (which I thought may be the issue) I usually run serato but was going to switch to traktor and sell my serato box. Now I don't know what to do. Pioneer help me make my mixer work!!!

I don't own a DJM 850 but I'll try to help out a bit....
If you say you are using Serato, I don't see how you are using the DJM's soundcard. With Serato, your sound card is your Serato box.
Having said that, use Audio CDs and do a test run, if you still have the issue then the focus can be on the mixer, if you do not have the same issue then it's more than likely your settings within your laptop and Serato software its' self.
With regards to Traktor (Which I do use with a DJM 900):
When you use Traktor (without an external sound card) then you are utilizing the DJM's built in sound card so moving to Traktor as a test is using a different aspect of the mixer (in a way) in comparison to your Serato setup which you are using the LINE inputs so don't mix the two scenarios up.
post here if you have any questions.
