Are the other channels that are not assigned to B set to A?

DJM 700 CROSSFADER PROBLEM
when any of the 4 channels is set to the B side of the crossfader, i can still hear the music when the crossfader is moved to A. i thought the crossfader was worn out so i replaced it, however the problem is still there.
