[OPEN] DJM 600 playing effects out of headphones but not main mix

I'm going to guess that perhaps you have the effects cue button engaged and not the effect on/off button?

Nah I'm fairly sure I have it set up as you should have it for the effects to be coming out of the speaker. I'll include some photos and hopefully that'll help diagnose the problem? The mixer works on the headphones whether i have it on ch2 or master but nothing i can do gets it through the speakers.

Try this - disable ALL the headphone cues -- in those photos you show CH2, MASTER and EFFECTS being cued to the headphones. Take the CH2 fader and MASTER fader all the way to the top, then turn the LEVEL/DEPTH knob to the 12 o'clock position. You should now hear music playing through the speakers. Now, press the ON/OFF button so it blinks - the effects should be applied to the master output.

Nah that still doesn't work. I think it's either something ridiculously obvious or it's an internal issue. Any more ideas? Thanks.

You select the channel you wish to apply the effect to with the 'CH SELECT' control, so if you want to apply it to the entire output then select 'MASTER', you then press the 'ON/OFF TAP' switch so that it flashes (flashing means on). The effect selected, should then be heard on the MASTER output.

You can hear the effects through the headphones WITHOUT the effects being on (no flashing 'ON/OFF TAP' light) if you select the 'EFFECTS/SAMPLER' headphone cue.

'Level/Depth' sets the Intensity of the effect, fully clockwise being the most intense, and the 'TIME' control adjusts the BPM of the effect.

Also, turn the 'SAMPLER' switch off if you're not using the sampler function.
