My DJM 700 has been working perfectly for 3 years. In the past month, an issue has arisen with the FX assign knob. It jumps between the channels rather than selecting the corresponding channel that the knob is assigned to (channel 2 is on 1, channel 3 is on 2 etc).
This week, channel 2 has started bleeding sound through, and the crossfader has stopped working on the A side (this is only when channels 3 and 4 are selected).
I believe this to be a firmware problem, but finding out where and how to get the firmware updated / flashed in the North West of England is proving impossible (the 'authorised repair centres' pioneer have listed do not deal with dj equipment!!??)

There have been no firmware releases for the DJM-700 since launch, the fault will be purely hardware related. Contact one of the authorised service centres, they are all only a day away via a postal service!
