Yes; open the DJM Setting Utility and assign one of the USB outputs to "CROSS FADER A" (or B, depending which side you scratch) and it would then record anything from that side of the crossfader.

Record Each Channel On a Separate Track on DJM900
A producer asked me if I could make some basic scratches over a track they made with samples they recorded. They asked that I record my scratches on a separate track rather than recording their song and my scratches on a single track. Is it possible for me to do this using the DJM-900nxs's soundcard? If so, how?
