Thank you for working on this. It's unfortunate that Pioneer has been unresponsive on this issue. Since my initial post about it over 4 months ago: http://forums.pioneerdj.com/entries/20438386-mep-locks-up no action, other than lip service, has been taken.
The question remains, is there a remedy for this problem? At this point, I certainly have more faith in outside entities and private users to find a solution than I do in the disinterested manufacturer.
