Custom combo case made by Pioneer

I know a long time ago, Pioneer use to offer their combo mixer/dual player kits like the DJM-3000/CMX-3000, and the DJM-300s/CMX-5000, they had a case that they must have had custom made that was 10U on the top, 2U on the bottom. I was wondering who made these cases and where I can find them, I don't like the slant cases, and this one laid flat like a coffin case. I attached something I found online.
