@Addie > Non-audio files can pose problems in a lot of DJ hardware units.
Please keep your media for DJ use only.
Is this a known bug?
My USB stick was plugged in the MEP and there was besides all of the music one .mp4 movie on the stick.
Everytime i scrolled by the movie file the MEP crashed. (Settings are on browser mode). Every song what whas listed under the movie file was not accessable...

@Gavin > I can do that, but I can't expect that from all of my customers...
For example we have mobile DJs.. When a customer provides a first dance mix on USB, our DJ could end up with a freeze because their media contains a movie file, thus first dance can not be played....
And for for the customers who dry-hire an MEP for playback (not professional DJ's).. they won't understand that the media should be for DJ use only, they just want a player that plays their music stored into their USB device and don't think about what files are on their USB device..
I tested several units (including Pioneer CDJ2000 and other brands like Numark) and they all don't have this issue. It only pops up with the MEP... So in my opinion I think Pioneer should reconsider an upgrade adressed to this issue.
