[SOLVED] Can't use INT Mode!! on CDJ-400 PC/USB Button not working?? Can't switch CD to PC/USB =/

@TooHype > Do you still have the issue after power-cycling the unit? Have you tried disconnecting any connected USB cables to your laptop and trying to power-cycle the unit then?

I fear the only option for you is take the unit in for a service.

Any authorize Pioneer in the Chicago area?? you could suggest?? I could take it in too Guitar Center thats were I purchase them from but it was in 2007 and warranty expired =/

And any idea the cost?? or atleast a guesstimate??

Oh Sorry forgot too add Yes I did power off power back on disconnected cables the whole works =/ still no luck.

Still would like the information but wanted too update something wierd figured worth a shot I reflashed the firmware and somehow the botton is working!!?? =? can't even explain how the heck!! But hey not going too complain but I may want too have a tech check out my unit anyways.

I believe the standard procedure for repairs is to mail the unit to Pioneer HQ in California. If you contact Pioneer Support they should be able to point you in the right direction:  http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/

Yea got a new flash drive for x-mas wit latest firmware, so I reflash unit =? Button working!! Blessing!! Thanks Mama D <3
