Hello, I wanted to know if there is another way to update the 2.03 firmware for SEP-C1. I've lost the DJS SVJ-DL01 software and the 5V 3A USB auxiliary power cable. Is there a way to get these replaced? I don't have a MEP-7000 and notice it is easier to update with a USB flash drive. I'm using SEP-C1 to run Serato Scratch Live on a Windows 7 laptop. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

@Ray > If your unit is 2.02, you don't need to update; the 2.03 version was an internal update. If your SEP firmware is OLDER than 2.02, then all you need to update is the USB cable and even the demo version of DJS will allow you to run the updater.
Of course, it's all much easier if you have access to the MEP. Anyone local who has one you can use?

I've installed the program and try to to click on Version Up but it's grayed out and can't be clicked. User Registration is also grayed out.
Unfortunately I don't know anyone that has a MEP-7000.
Is there another way to update the firmware?
