Does not work left SYNC knob DDJ-ERGO-V

Hi there. I have a problem, does not work SYNC knob on the left deck. Nothing at TRAKTOR 2.1.2 FULL & Virtual Dj 7.0.5 PRO ? It turns red when I click on it, but nothing happens...

For me it is critical.

What can i do? Or should I change my ERGO to ensure?

@Andrey > Can you please download and run MIDI Monitor? Run it and then press the left SYNC button and see if it results in a signal being sent and displayed in the monitor program. If it does, the hardware is working properly and the problem could be with your software or configuration. If it isn't, you should contact Pioneer technical support from the links at the right to have the unit serviced.

MIDI Monitor shows that the button works correctly:

Button ON - chan 1, data E5 127

Button OFF - chan 1, data E5 0

BUT Traktor show another DATA

Button ON - chan 1, data E6 127

Button OFF - chan 1, data E6 0

I'm at a loss )))

I can not sync my a deck with my deck b, but conversely I can do it.

with the virthual dj software, but when I try traktor everything goes ok.

@Smettu > Are you sure you have updated everything (software, firmware etc)? Are you sure everything is mapped correctly in VDJ? It doesn't sound like it...
