DDJ-T1 - Disable Jog Touch (scratch mode) in Traktor PRO

Hi,

Ive looked everywhere and cannot find a way to disable the jog touch in traktor pro, i want to turn it off while a track is playing. Can someone please assist me in either disabling it or editing the TSI template to disable this feature?
