Have never herd of that one. So it only does it after a USB device has been used and when a USB has not been used it turns on straight away? You might have to take it to get serviced.

[SOLVED] Strange problem with cdj900
One of my cdj 900s is acting up. This is what happens:
If i am using a usb drive, and then i stop the device and turn the machine off, or simply just turn the machine off without stopping the device (makes no difference), then my cdj will not turn back on for about 10 minutes. It makes a faint clicking noise and just will not turn back on at all. After 10 minutes, it turns back on and works as normal as far as I can tell. This is a pretty strange problem and its pretty annoying. Has anyone heard of this before?

@frags10 > Yeah, never heard of that before - can you answer the questions @Morgo asked?

Never heard of this before.. it's also unlikely to me this is in any way related to the USB port or a USB Device. (and if it is, it might be a shortcut? does the USB device work on your computer?)
I think you should get it to the nearest Pioneer Service Centre

I bought one new CDJ-900 and one used off of Ebay and no problems at all and nothing like that.

Ok this is a separate EMERGANCY PROBLEM.
I haven't turned my Cdj 900's on for about a week, and when I turn them on ONE of them just freezes right when the Pioneer logo comes on the screen, and just stay unlit with the Pioneer logo there.
SOMEONE please help me! Lol I have a big gug

I tried updating the firmware but I don't think it's that cuz my other Cdj works fine and I bought them brand new about a year ago, together.

@Joshua > Why didn't you start your own thread for this problem? Makes it easier to find.
Try re-flashing the firmware for that problematic CDJ -- if it doesn't work, something else might have failed and you'll have to contact tech support for further assistance.
