[CLOSED] CDJ-350 cuts out completely as USB sound device constantly

Hi all,

I like others seem to be having trouble with using CDJ-350's as an audio device. Every now and then the audio output stops completely and software has to be rebooted in order for the USB sound interface to be restarted.

As this is a major advertised feature of this product, is there any sofware or firmware update in the progress to fix this? I have already installed firmware 1.08 and am using the latest drivers from the Pioneer site.

@psyllium > What software are you using with the CDJ-350? What OS are you using?

I've used various software, Traktor, Virtual DJ, Winamp, Foobar2000. I've also tried it on Windows 7 and Windows 8. Also tried it on the original firmware 1.01 and the latest firmware 1.08(?)

@psyllium > But what software are you using specifically, that the dropouts occur with?

Have you tried changing the latency settings and disabling any programs running in the background (even including WiFi)?

I have tried changing the latency settings yes, and it still happens. It happens with all the software listed above... I haven't tried disabling Wi-Fi, will give it a go.
