Did you read the XDJ manual? Is the flash drive FAT32 or NTFS? If NTFS you will find the answer in the manual! :)
I formatted my newish Sandisk USB flash drive on my pc yesterday and now Rekordbox and the Aero won't pick it up. It's a 64GB flash drive. Can anything be done? I only formatted it as I had an error on the Aero yesterday while trying to put a few tracks on. The error code was E-8305. The Sandisk had a few factory files / folders on the flashdrive but they have all gone :(. The Flash drive is usless to me at the moment. Thanks for any info

Hi,
If you reformatted your USB drive in Windows 7, it will most probably be a NON SUPPORTED filesystem (exFAT).
Only FAT, FAT32 for Windows machines are supported.
PS; On the 64GB -> have a look at my post here : http://forums.pioneerdj.com/entries/21945867-xdj-aero-and-usb-stick#post_%23%7Bpost.id%7D
Kind regards,

I have just had a look at the USB drive, it's NTFS. I am running Windows XP on my PC. I can drag tracks onto the flash drive and put folders onto it but Rekordbox won't pick it up or let me record onto it. The Aero tells me I have no USB fitted.I will take a look at the manual now :)
