My XDJ RX doesnt connect to my pc

I get a sing saying there is no driver.
but i did download the driver on to my computer.
Is it possible this happening because of the trail version of rekordbox??

No, but what is the operating system of your computer?

I have same problem with my Windows 10 and Windows 7, PC does not response any connection with XDJ RX.
I open recordbox application also still cannot connected with device, somebody help me please.

@Didik > Have you ensured that your wireless is disabled, the firewall is disabled, and you are connected directly from the computer to the XDJ-RX via ethernet?

it worked with me correctly on window 10 but didn;t work on windows 7 why ?
