Brand new Pioneer DJM-S9 Master XLR Output issue

My left XLR master output seems to be much lower than the right I have switched from Right to Left using diff XLR cables and same result... Also I tried using the mixer at a club and had humming issues with both Master XLR and RCA out's. What is so very odd is this does not happen at home or on my mobile system. SO assuming it is not getting along with the soundboard/amp at the venue? I can pinpoint what is the actual cause of this. I purchased it end of April 2016 and the manufacture date is Feb 2016 on the bottom of the mixer. Brand new and already got a dud it seems :(

Did the board at the venue possibly have phantom power enabled when you were connected?

Mine had the same issue and was sent in for repair under warranty - the comment on the receipt mentions 2 inout diodes on the left xlr were replaced.

Update: The venue did not have phantom power. Never heard of it and had to google it to find out what it was lol. However ended up shipping the unit back to Pioneer and the DJ store I purchased from is sending out a brand new unit in return. The defective unit reached the Pioneer factory as of yesterday from Fed Ex

Wanted to update everyone. Been using the replacement for over a month now. No hum from any outputs and left and right master XLR are outputting correct volumes. Very happy with this one so far. Have used it at the club and no hum. I think they defective unit had a power supply problem as well as main outputs were faulty. Used the new unit at the club and no humming issues. Everyone test your mixers outputs👍🏻

@Lance if your mixer is still in its return policy and you purchased it from an authorized Pioneer dealer I would contact where you purchased from and proof of the defect. I recorded a small clip and uploaded it to Dropbox. Agiprodj then contacted Pioneer to get a return label and I shipped it back to Pioneer and my purchased replaced it with a new one. Don't wait on it cause that mixer will cause you nothing but problems. Contact your retailer first.
