Cdj 2000 Nexus Freezes on slip mode and skipping loops. 1.30 Version

Thanks Angelo, that perfectly illustrates the issue and eliminates any question as to exactly what is happening! I'll pass this along to our product manager and post a reply when I have some info for you.

Update: Yesterday i while i was playing with the cdjs a song was "lagging" until it stopped and showed up a "cannot play" error. I tried to skip to another song and it was only show cannot play error for every track until i restarted both cdjs... This thing really needs to be fixed.

@Angelo > How many tracks are on your export device? Have you tried using another make/model USB drive?

There are 1573 Tracks in total, all perfectly organized in various playlist and folders, all analyzed with lastest rekordbox version. I've now freshly formatted my usb stick with the kingston tool and copied again all the files (Pioneer and Content folders), now i will test it again and i will try a smaller different usb stick too.

I will report here test results.

@Angelo > Thanks; 1573 tracks isn't many, if it were like 30,000 that's when I start to get concerned about the database size causing an issue.

Please try exporting again rather than simply copying the files / folders back to the device.

Tested with same usb stick: the cdj in USB mode seems to not have any issue, when i use the other one that is in LINK mode and try some slip mode here it freezes.. can be a LAN cable issue maybe? :/

I'm trying to switch to another LAN cable and i will report restults.

Update: Changed cable, tried again for more time.

I noticed that the issue happens even in the cdj that is using usb mode, so is not a link issue or a cable fault i think. The last thing i can try is another usb stick, so i will try for it and report there.

Update 2: The issue seems to be solved using another usb stick (32 GB) same model and same brand, this thing is very strange.. really i don't know what to do at this point.

Any further updates on consistency of when the issue occurs?

At this moment issue seems to be solved after a format and recopy of all the files in the usb stick.. but i don't guarantee that is completely resolved because it was a little bit random.. i will update this topic if i have this issue again.

So far the issue of cdj freezing during slip mode using USB stick alone seems to be working for me,i will check if with RB it gives any issues,i will report if anything changes.
