Are you having the same problem with a USB drive in that unit as well as linked form the other?
yes, I already tried with usb connected in the unit two, and with the link on unit two reading the music on the unit one, and I had the same problem with the both conections, the problem happens always in the unity two,
not in all the songs, not in all the time, but randomly
I have the same problem, I also updated to 1.3 and it happens when I use the cue point or go into the quick search sometimes randomly for no apparent reason.
What make / model of USB drive are you both using?
Hi everybody, i have the same problem, i have cdj 2000 nxs2, when i use Usb and link, Emergency loop appear a lot, but when i use HDD western, it appears less.. please i need some help for that.
@Hassan > What make/model USB drive are you using when this occurs and is the drive connected to that player directly or is the track loaded over the link?
I used usb key toshiba 2.0 32GB, now i use usb key Sandisk 3.0 16GB, and i have the same problem with this 2 devices. This problem appears when the drive is connected to the deck directly and appears too when the track is loaded over the link.
Firmware of decks are updated, and i use last version of rekordbox
Same Problem but all file that trigger the emergency loop in the NSX2 play flawlessly in the 2000 nexus!!! Before you ask what USB are you using
WHAT USB DO YOU RECOMMEND PIONEER ??
We're still waiting to hear back from the product teams, thanks for your patience.
i have the same problem, since i upgraded to firmware ver. 1.30 i dont have these issues before. track loading takes too long and randomly goes to emergency loop, on usb drive and rekordbox dj link, havent use my cdj for almost 3 months now, i tested my usb drive to my friend's cdj 2000nxs with the firmware ver. 1.23 it works flawlessly, i just hope pioneer could come out with a new firmware fix with these issues or atleast an option to downgrade firmware incase a new firmware doesnt work flawlessly.
Dear Pioneer, are there any updates about this issue?
I'm having the same problem a lot, with my cdj 2000nxs2. It happens on the cdj player which is directly connected to my mp3 player. (so without using LINK)
I'm using a sandisk 64gb extreme usb 3.0 mp3stick.
My cdj player still has version 1.03, and it seems that newer versions do have the same issue, or maybe even more..? So I've decided for now to wait with updating.
My question is: Are by now any usb drives that are testes well, and advised to use?
Or any other advice you can give?
I hope to hear from you soon.
Cheers Hassan!
I have same problem at last event....So whats the problem? We need to convert all tracks to mp3 to stop the problem or is a problem with the switch router?
I wait your answer, thank you!
here you can see my problem https://we.tl/t-ATxd3ndAIN
@Blaj > I couldn't really see the problem -- I could barely see anything at all!
If I had to guess, it looked like both players had the same issue, in that case it's likely a problem with the USB drive or the port on the player that was hosting the device.
If the issue was only on ONE player (linked), then it could have been a network link problem, and there are several places that error could be from:
- bad port on the player
- bad cable
- if using a switch; a faulty switch / port on the switch
- if using a router; a faulty router / port on the router / traffic management on the router
You'll need to try and troubleshoot when not in front of a crowd. ;) Sorry!
