Hi there, I haven't heard of any changes to the design of the S7, so as far as we know, it still has the same soldered on upfaders unlike the S9 or S11. If I were you, I would save a bit more coin and try to get a S11 when they come in stock from whatever retailer you prefer. The S11 is a very nice mixer and as long as there are no issues with the screen, etc, it should last you many years to come feature wise...
