Has Pioneer addressed the broken headband issue on C70?

Looking for new on-ear headphones, but it seems that all posts about these are about broken headband.

Sadly, that's because nobody comes here to praise the product...

Hmm, not sure what to make of it. If a large number of folks complain about a specific defect, chances are others might experience the same, no?

"Large" number? Based on what? I can tell you it's a low percentage, and anyone with an issue has had it resolved.

Large number of posts not only on this but other DJ forums. Anyway, thank you for the reply, will give them a try and time will tell.

Again "large" numbers don't mean anything. If 100 people complained and there were only 100 units sold, that's a problem, but if there were 100,000 units sold, all of a sudden it's fairly insignificant. And how many of those posts are from the same user in multiple locations?

My suggestion is if you like them, give'm a shot! They sound good, feel good and if you do have problems, we're here to back you up. So don't be afraid of the product based on what a "large" number of people said online. ;)

Did you ever contact Pioneer DJ technical support as opposed to KIBO?

The only ticket I see in our system is one from 2015 where you had a rekordbox issue with an NVIDIA driver.

To clear up some confusion, we have separate systems for when you call the general Pioneer DJ technical support number vs. the online order support number, which is separate from the support system here on the forums. None of those 3 are tied together so I can't look up your order to know what's going on, which is why I asked who you had called so I can at least get in contact with the right person to ask some questions.

I understand you're upset, but you attract more flies with honey than vinegar.

I appreciate your patience while I try to get some information for you.

Yes I am upset . $310 worth of upset . It would be nice to actually get some help. I will be patient but know that if you make a headband that is so weak , the least you could do is not advertise that it is strong and flexible and at very least you could have them available and not on backorder for months, I am a dj , I have gigs . I had to spend $200 extra dollars on headphones (from your competitor Sennheiser) whilst I wait on thel Pioneer DJ inc.

Franklin, I don't care if you've spent $1 or $10,000 with Pioneer DJ - I'm here to try and assist you, but giving me attitude won't help your situation.

Talk about rapid response - I just heard back that someone from our order support department will be in contact with you to help resolve this issue. Again, thanks for your patience and I'm sorry the product didn't live up to its / your expectations
