XDJ-XZ 1.25 firmware issues

XDJ-XZ was functioning fine, updated it, mixed with it once with no issues, today channel 4 is no longer receiving signal, tested both phono and line inputs with appropriate gear, no sound, plug it into channel 3 and both work fine. Only difference is the update, always kept in the house, always ran through a power conditioner and surge protector. Anyone have any ideas or similar issues? know of any fixes? or is this warranty work :(
