XDJ-RX3 zoom/grid not working

Hello, I am using Pioneer DJ XDJ-RX3 and recently noticed that my zoom/grid function is not working. I am using it as standalone with usb and not as a controller, and when I press rotary it does nothing, and even when I am pushing on touchscreen still nothing happens but all other functions on touchscreen work (info, status/beatfx,etc.). Also the firmware is updated to the latest, at this moment v 1.17. Can you please tell me how to solve the issue? thank you

I have the same problem. I've tried using USB, or through rekordbox. I see the beatgrid there, but when I try to hold the rotary button, or press and hold the grid button nothing happens. 

As I mentioned, the beatgrid is there and the quantize works, but I'd like to be able to adjust the grid if I needed to without going back into the software.

Current version is 1.17 as well. We're you able to get your issue sorted out?
