Alternatively, Galaxy 19 & 38 are in the same manual. I have tried to run the lights on 14 channel mode, but they failed to operate. Can you re-check the lighting DMX channel modes against the manual provided.

Could you please help us understand your issue? What exactly failed to operate?

We have checked the DMX modes and they do seem aligned with the manual (We already had the same manual and created the fixture based on it)
