2000 NXS shift key

I've been using my ddj-sx controller for the past 10 years no problem. However the club I now play at has 2000 nxs in the booth.

On my controller, when my pitch control position don't line up with serato, I just press and hold shift and line it up accordingly.

However when I get on the clubs kit (no room for my controller) and the pitch control is say +7 from the last dj. My software says zero. I have no play.

I cant figure out how to bring it in line without having to turn the player off, set it to zero, and re start.

What button acts as the shift key on the players to re align the pitch slider with serato?
