connecting non-pioneer device to network to receive clock data

is it possible to receive clock data, over the ethernet network, with a non-pioneer device?

I am currently trying to access clock data from a DJM-900NXS2 and or CDJ 2000nxs over the network (or by other means) via an arduino or similar embedded architecture with Ethernet or midi capability.
