Cdj 900 won't play in reckordbox

I have 2 technic mk5s and 1 cdj900 hooked up to a djm750mk2. The turntables work both with vinyl and the time code vinyl in reckordbox no issues there. The Cdj900 works with a standard cd. If I switch it to USB mode reckordbox picks it up. I hit link on the cdj and select deck4 and the cdj will scroll through the library using the knob, I can select tracks. But nothing will play. I tried to download the time code for a cd and on a DVD and neither will do anything. I can't figure it out. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I am on windows 10 home.
