Audio Dropouts on DJM-S9 & Rane Twelves

i am having Audio Dropouts Using the Rane 12s MkII when i select the track u can hear it dropout on the track playing....

I have changed lots settings but still doing it, and on the latest S9 software

i think it could be the USB Hub that the mixer and Ranes are plugged into as the S9 Has no USB ports maybe thats where its breaking down

Laptop is fine its an i7 ,16GB 2TB SSD

Any advice please as its doing my head in now.
