DJM S9 - Audio Issue

I just connected my active speakers from the Master Out of the S9.
As I am playing music from Serato DJ Pro with Phase Dj, when the channel fader increases to halfway the channel volume cuts. I can still hear it but its as if the volume resets and as I continue to slide up the channel volume fader it starts over.

This is happening on both channels. Very Odd.

Any Advice?
