either way what you are trying to do you do not need a license anymore for that unit being it is an "unlock" device
to organize your library and export to USB in export mode that is free to everyone
to use in performance mode the RX2 is an unlock device so its free also

thats really a personal preference based on who you are playing for like top40, harder club music and so on.
The only way to stream to the RX2 is via performance mode, that has nothing to do with the USB drive. if you want to download music and import to RB and export to a flash drive then you need to join services like Promo only, Xmix, djcity and so on.
