i've been experimenting a bit with the DJM-REC app, and have to say that it's a nice app. The idea is great, and it works fine. It also has some improvement points but considering the fact that it just released, I'm hopeful for the future.
There's one main blocker for me at this point: according to the specs, the playlist should automatically show all the track names and artists. This is not the case with me. All my tracks have the name 'track 1', 'track2',.... and the artists are all 'Artist Unknown'.
I'm using Rekordbox 4.5 (my old computer cannot upgrade to higher version) and have a DJM900 Nxs2 + CDJ 2000 Nxs2 setup.
Anybody any advise on how to solve this? It would take me forever to always fill track ID's manually...

I also have an issue with the Playlist import feature using DJM-REC with DJM900-Nxs2. It shows up as untitled for all of my tracks and I am also not able to edit the track information manually. I am playing on CDJ 2000 nxs2 and use the latest version of Rekordbox for my track information that gets reflected in the CDJs.
Is there a way to edit the information manually or have it so that the mixer picks up the name of the track automatically?
The app was just updated this week; please download the new version to see if this is still an issue for you.
I also have this issue using latest v1.2.2. All track entries are "unknown". I'm using a djm900nxs2 on latest 2.05 fw connected to 2x cdj2000nxs2. All three are connected via LAN switch.
ANY NEWS ON THIS ?
