This is not typical and while I understand your frustration, you telling others not to buy Pioneer DJ products based on your experience is a bit of an overreaction.
I trust that your mixer will be repaired, packaged properly, returned to you in a satisfactory condition. However, as we don't provide the transportation services, any damage caused in shipping would be the responsibility of the courier and should that occur, I would direct you to make any claims necessary for that company to reimburse you per their terms and your insurance.
