TRACK LOAD DELAY - In other programs, I am able to drop a track on to a deck that is already playing a song and it will instantly start, however when I try this in Rekordbox DJ there is a substantial delay. I tend to drop songs over others a lot when mixing so this is important to me.
This is likely due to the performance of your computer, the drive the song is being loaded from, whether or not the song has been analysed already, buffering of hot cues, and any other load settings you may have (eg. auto-cue).
