LOL, I seriously wish Pioneer would separate the forums better too. However, the DJS-1000 is considered to be a Toraiz product because it is "similar" to the SP-16. They should have separate threads for each product (not model class) to encourage user tips and tricks. This setup just facilitates product support questions but Pioneer in their wisdom have forgone this simple solution.
I'd encourage everyone to pipe up and get this nailed. They should also have translation and or threads in various languages available. Given the level of domination their products have, and the cost of their ecosystem, one would think the above as a great idea. Maybe they do...but it is lost in an endless cycle of administrative red tape? Apparently, the techs have been celebrating Golden Week for the past year. I am still waiting on a response to a tag issue on a CDJ which I posted about. So, I wouldn't get excited about any changes or responses happening soon.
@Pulse, please don't take this as a personal insult. The reality is that the powers that be need to provide you with a better support framework.
