Cheap Plastic cracked in headphone hdj x5

I Bought a headphone hdj x5 are still in warranty, a part of the base that holds the left earphone has been broken, and they have resolved that it has been due to bad handling of the buyer, that is me, I have more than 12 years of experience using headsets and this is the first time that my way to work, and that's why I write this complaint, to see if there really is a way to fix my headphones without having to pay € 165 for a fix.

Please help me a little, since i see as a customer i am of pionner, you should know your staff it is an authentic robots que no sirven para hacer un servicio a un cliente,

a lot of headphones are made with cheap plastic. this is why ill spend more money on them to get better quality.

I do not understand your point, you are worker or Pioneer? if you are, then your way to answer is definitely awful as a service, if you are not worker, then what else, do not interesting in your answer.

Hi I gonna try to respond or give my opinion to this piece of crap product, this is the worst product never again. And for my bad luck I buy 2 one for a gift but still in box I try to sale before brake in parts like the others. Almost $300 of garbage.

It took a few years for Pioneer to recognize that their headphones were of poor quality, I had the bad experience of buying them in a store, where they said they had to send the headphones to the experts, but surely not, I didn't have The reason is that they knew better about these materials, that is to say, they began to defend that company instead of defending the client, there are many, and Pioneer should reward us somehow, not with a letter but financially. Because we wasted time, energy and some of us were frustrated to see that our complaints didn't work, or nobody paid attention to them, I hope these people learn that currently, on social networks, they can stop selling because the videos can simply be viral and reach more people who bought those headphones and in the future, they would no longer trust buying pioneer products.

I thnk is really sad $150 is not a cheap headphones many brands want some one pay this amount in his products. I have old headphones RELOOP and of second hand and have like 10 years, and still in better conditions of this ones that still new. Simple a piece of "$*%@" I try to talk to any one that I can the garbage quality of this product. Is funny they show this image to the product specs., but is a total liar for me. Never this product support hard or continued use. I Think I gonna spend many time talk bad of this product. Maybe some day Pionneer recognize and give us the reason. I buy 2 of this. For me is the sad part. But the second one still new, I don't touch it, and try to sell. Like new with out warranty.
