Can you describe "weird noise"? Does it possibly sound like one of the bearings is out of the track? or has collected some dirt? Is there a difference in the feel?

XDJ 1000MK2 Jog Wheel
Hi,
I bought 2 XDJ 1000 MK2 3 moths ago, so they are brand new and always stayed at my place.
Since yesterday evening I can hear a weird noise when I m spinning the jog wheel and this is really not cool for brand new pieces at this price. Is there something I could do instead of sending back?
