Are you using external DC power or just USB power?

DDJ-SR2 Power Cuts Out
The power on my DDJ-SR2 Cuts out every time I adjust the volume of the right deck. Not sure what to do. I think this is also connected to the another problem I'm having where the right deck isn't playing as loudly as the left deck
