How do i escalate my service ticket 139855?

Trying to get any form of online response or the ability to speak to someone to resolve my issue is getting really, really frustrating.

@Paul > You filed the ticket yesterday, and less than 24hrs later it was already escalated internally, but as it's overnight in Japan, they will be addressing it later today. Thanks for your patience.

@Eddy > Your two tickets were filed 2 minutes apart after hours on Wednesday, and will likely hit the inboxes of our USA team today. I sincerely doubt the rep on the phone told you to "screw yourself." I thank you for your patience as well.
