How are you connecting it to the iPad, and what app are you trying to use it with?

DDj Wego4 isn’t responding to ipad 6 gen WeDJ
I just got it after losing a 1,500$ Numark ns7. Plugged everything in, lights go on. Turn on wedj and nothing zip. Very unhappy with pioneer. Two days. Bran new controller works for Nothing. No phone, no iPad.
