Can you hear the effects (echo, delay, reverb) when you turn them on through the master out? Also what version are you using?

Effects Problem.
Hello guys.
I buy a new ddj-400 controller, and i have a problem with the first 5-6 effects on fx list, like delay, echo and reverb, they dont work on keyboard or fx main button, on s1 s2 or master.
Sometime they work, but whem i try user again, they are not effection.
The others like phaser, flanger, robot, its all ok.
Its software problem or controller problem?

Hello guys,
I´m having a problem with my DDJ 400. After selecting the channel in which I want to apply the effect, then I play the ON/OFF button and the efffect sounds in both channels.
Is there any reason for this issue? Because I don´t know what to do.

Watch the assignments in rekordbox when you switch it on the DDJ; does it show the appropriate channel selected here?
