The crossfader doesn't fade the audio, video, or both?

Hello, I have a problem, when I connected controler to a computer the crossfader doesn't work. What i should do?

since the xz has no internal mixing Option (at this stage) you can't use Video or the dmx-1 in a proper way. rb won't notice your fader positions.
