Hi,
I'm trying to connect my DJM 900 NXS2 to Traktor scratch pro (2.6.8) but in the DJM-900NXS2 Settings Utility in 'mixer output' tab every channel the CH Control Tone appears in grey, disabled.
- I'm on a Macbook Pro with High Sierra 10.13.6
- I have installed the utility setting driver version 2.1
- DJM 900 NXS2 is up to date with firmware 2.07
I bypassed the Mac security and the disabled application list is empty.
The settings utility detects the DJM900 correctly, and responds perfectly when I connect or disconnect the USB.
Traktor detects the DJM as Audio Device although it doesn't detect the channels in output or input routing.
I've tried both USB A and USB B ports , and I've tried 3 differnt USB 2.0 cables. I've even tried to connect the usb to different ports on the Macbook. Nothing changed.
Right now i dont have access to any other laptop or computer and I can't get what's wrong.

Ok so , after a month I've tested many things and nothing has worked.
- I tried different usb cables, I even bought a new one
- I disabled any security stuff I've found on the macbook
- Finally I decided to format and install a previous version of Mac OS X on my macbook pro . I eneded up installing Sierra but the problem remains.
This is what I'm always getting.
Can I have any support?
